People Think You're Stupid, Because You Are.

How many times have you heard a hollywood starlet say something like "the media just portrays me as dumb, in reality I am a very smart business woman"?

This is the desperate cry of someone who is so frighteningly dense that they can't think of something intelligent to say. They blame their blatant lack of brains on a big dark faceless evil monster: The Media. I've never ran into this horrifying "media" creature myself. Near as I can tell its always preying on D-list actress/singers. Turning them from nameless rocket scientists to famous dumb shits with a snap of its magical fingers. 

The media is not really a monster it is more like an alcoholic mother, it can bring you into this world but when she catches you stealing her beer and cigarettes she can take you out. 

The smart "blondes" don't give a shit if people think they are dumb because they KNOW they are not. They don't have to prove themselves or assign blame to imaginary entities. You are in charge of how you portray yourself, if you act dumb, and say dumb things people are going to assume that you are dumb. Its the way the world works whether or not you are famous has little to do with it. 

Whenever a celebrity says something about how "unfairly" they are portrayed in the media it makes me want to slap the shit out of someone. The media hasn't done a damn thing to you Dumby. Her only crime has been to  love you and line your pockets with fuck loads of money. And this is how you repay her? By blaming her for the stupid shit you wear, the weight you gain, the drugs you do , the sex tapes you star in? You need to put on your big girl panties (or any panties really) and deal with it.
